If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Lead CILA DSP.
Responsibilities
- As a Lead CILA DSP at DSC, you will support people we serve in a residential setting. In this role you will be responsible for the daily operation of the CILA home, the delivery of programs to meet the needs of people served, and for providing a safe and therapeutic environment. You will also provide guidance, support and training for the direct service staff of the home. Each day, you will carry out a variety of rewarding work where you will play an integral role in the success of the company and our mission to support people to live a rich and meaningful life.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van.
- Must successfully complete required trainings.
- Must have sufficient physical stamina and mobility to push, pull, and lift.
- Paid training provided as necessary
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- 40 hours per week, typically Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday with varying first and second shift hours. In general, hours will be 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- $17.50/hr
- Grant-funded hiring/new employee bonus of $400 (payable upon completion of training), and retention bonuses up to 3 times per year through June of 2024 - up to $1,500 per year!
