DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Aerospace Component Manufacturer out of the Tallahassee, FL area. They are looking to bring on a new Sr Manufacturing Engineer.

Sr Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

• Formulate efficient manufacturing process plans in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams, outlining the sequence, techniques, equipment, tooling, and specifications essential for product fabrication.
• Design, develop, document, analyze, write, and test CNC programs to manufacture high-quality parts within the specified schedule and at minimum cost.
• Develop repair plans for customer returns (RMRs) and MRB products.
• Prepare cost estimates for products, tooling, equipment, and processes to enhance pricing and production efficiency.
• Investigate and analyze tools, processes, and equipment to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Analyze and interpret customer blueprints' data to determine optimal approaches for manufacturing and inspection.

Sr Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, configurations, and other documents to fulfill customer requirements.
• Professional interaction with both external and internal customers.
• Advanced mathematical knowledge relevant to job requirements.

Required Skills:

• Education: 4 Year Engineering Degree Required
• 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment
• CNC Machining knowledge
• Experience with engine components (fan blades, blisks, rotors, actuators etc.)
• Salary: 115k
