Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Partner with extensive knowledge in tax return preparation, tax planning, and tax research. That can also lead and manage multiple tax engagements within a variety of industries. What You’ll Do: - Manage all tax engagements, ensuring compliance with all deadlines. - Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities. - Prepare and review current and deferred tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. - Prepare and review quarterly and year-end estimates to assist clients with tax planning. - Develop and maintain client relationships. - Plan and organize engagements, delegate tasks for efficiency, maintain productivity, and ensure team profitability. - Educate, train, and mentor staff, contributing to the growth and development of the Firm's professional team members. What You’ll Need: - Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting, focused on corporate and partnership federal and state/local income taxation. - Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Dedicated to superior client service. - Ability to participate successfully in a sales-based culture with a dedication to expanding the tax practice. - Knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Suite; strong computer skills, proficiency in accounting and tax software (CCH Axcess products preferred) - Professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness, and a cooperative attitude. Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in Tax is a plus - CPA license - 10 years of public accounting experience - Tax Audit experience - Strong supervisory experiencePay Range
