Production Operator I

Location : Freeport, TX

Onsite, 12 hour rotating shift

As a Production Operator you will safely perform various operational functions in an assigned area of production department to support the production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operates and monitors manufacturing facility using computer control systems, including adjusting in the field
• Independently starts up and shuts down process units as needed and loads raw materials into designated areas
• Catches and analyzes process samples, troubleshoots process upsets, and identifies equipment repairs
• Conducts risk assessments, initiates work permits, and ensures safe work conditions
• Maintains cleanliness of process area according to cGMP requirements and DSM zoning guidelines
• Accurately completes batch records for cGMP documentation

You bring :

• 1 years of experience working in manufacturing, chemical manufacturing preferred
• DCS (Digital control system) board experience preferred
• Ability to operate computers and forklift
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
