What You’ll Do:
- Conduct all material movements within the warehouse and production departments as well as adhering to record keeping procedures in accordance with established SOPs. A sense of urgency is required while keeping safety in mind and always looking for efficiency/improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe lifting is an essential task associated with the production of Dry and Liquid premixes. Individuals are required to frequently lift up to 25 kilo net weight containers. Assess the area around you before lifting. Look for slip hazards or any other potential risk before lifting. Practice safe lifting skills at all times. Any container with weights greater than 25 kilo net weight should be lifted with additional help.
- Process paperwork such as order picking and processing shipments in SAP.
- Receives frequent direction from supervisor or other functional supervision. Works independently to complete tasks based on knowledge of materials, procedures and records required for assigned work area.
- Assists with accurate and timely inventory counts as required.
- Keeps warehouse and cooler clean and orderly.
- Performs daily forklift checks.
- Reports any material shortages to Production Supervisor and inform him/her about production process adjustments/concerns.
- Operates machinery as needed to organize, prepare, transport, load, and unload materials to and from work areas.
- Monitors and replenishes the staging area ensuring there are enough raw materials staged for production to meet the production schedule.
- Take care of good housekeeping within area of responsibility, in compliance with guidelines, orders and instructions. Allergen storage, cGMPs, 5S and other programs/requirements fall into housekeeping requirements and must be followed.
- Communicate relevant details with ALL team members including leaving and incoming shift colleagues.
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting equipment performance. Responsible for reporting and escalation of SHE incidents.

You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of duties in the assigned work area.
- Meticulous recordkeeping skills.
- Knowledge and skills to operate a personal computer and computer driven controls systems.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
- Works to SHE standards and encourages fellow colleagues to work on the same standards.
