Supply & Inventory Planner
Location: Germantown, WI
What you’ll do:
As a Supply and Inventory Planner, you will support a diverse portfolio of primarily dairy concentrates and flavors, that requires managing the supply of both large quantities of bulk dairy commodities like cheese & butter and small quantities of highly specialized enzymes, flavor chemicals and other specialty raw materials. Due to our storage ability, though flexible, is not able to be expanded quickly, and requires an understanding of both planning principal and creativity for adjusting plans with space constraints in mind.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the planning of finished goods and intermediate production for 500 materials on a weekly basis within OMP planning production environments
- Support the Sales & Operation Planning process by receiving and interpreting plant capacity, providing input for the supply review, and participating in the monthly operations review
- Act as a liaison between business management and supply chain management to manufacturing to execute new product development and discontinuation
- Responsible for make-to-stock inventory levels and on time delivery performance
- Responsible for stocking strategies on intermediate stock to support make-to-stock finished goods strategy
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
- Preferred 3 years planning/scheduling experience, with demonstrated execution and responsibility with a manufacturing plant, or equivalent plant level experience.
- A demonstrated ability to navigate multilevel bills of material, including phantoms.
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Strong Experience with planning processes in a manufacturing environment including capacity management and hours-based planning/scheduling
