Requirements:
- A minimum of two continuous years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, and one year specifically working with complex behaviors and medical needs
- Covid vaccination required and booster within 14-days of activation or eligibility
- PPE required and supplied. Must be willing to provide heightened precautions when Covid rates are higher
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Swing shifts with non mandated NOC shifts.
Desired Skill Set:
- Previous experience working within a family environment
- Excel in communication, both verbally and in writing
- Must have the skills and ability to follow and adhere to program’s established policies, procedures, and program documentation
- Understand how to effectively utilize program resources and follow the PBSP and other documentation to enhance the client’s life
- Moderate computer skills to provide documentation and track critical data
