File Auditor

DSSI is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to work with a workforce services development company in Escondido.

This role conducts case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions and to ensure contractual performance expectations are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Submit weekly Quality Assurance reports in a timely manner to Program Coordinator or Project Director.
• Ensure 100% of clients participate in the client satisfaction survey.
• Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures.
• Evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
• Creates, implements and monitor standard operating procedures.
• Prepares reports related to program activities.
• Ensures reports meet County, Corporate and management formatting and completeness requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Details:

• This position requires you to be in the Escondido office. Requires some travel.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Experience/Skills Requirement:

• Previous quality assurance experience a plus, but not needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required.
• Experience working with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel, and internet browsers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field preferred or equivalent skills and experience.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Email and Data Entry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Travel throughout the County.
