The Sales Support Specialist’s role includes supporting and collaborating with the Sales team and various other departments with executing client quotes. They will also work closely with our vendors, distributors, and carriers with discount programs and pricing. This role will also assist with various ConnectWise boards and tickets for efficiency and accuracy of internal and client needs.
The Sales Support Specialist will also manage and execute internal and external purchasing for Integris. Responsibilities include accurately entering purchase orders into the appropriate systems, working closely with the Sales team and other various departments for accurate orders, backorders, work with vendors, distributors, and carriers on appropriate orders, and lead the backorder process.
The Sales Support Specialist will also manage client and internal licensing. Responsibilities include tracking all new and renewal licensing, communication to clients related to licensing renewals and needs, providing needed quotes and pricing, renewal and registration of all licensing for clients. They will assist with onboarding and offboarding of clients licensing. They will assist with any changes needed for current client licensing. All work and customer interaction will be conducted in accordance with standards set forth by Integris.
This role requires a high level of customer service skills to contribute to positive relationships with Integris’ clients.
JOB DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND COMPENTENCIES:

Support Pre-Sales and quoting duties

Collaborates with Sales and other Integris departments to build quotes and confirm accuracy and gain necessary approvals

Works with our vendors, distributors, and carriers for pricing and discount programs

Adheres to purchasing policies, processes and procedures

Coordination and entry of all purchase and sales orders to ensure that the vendors/carriers/clients/sales department orders are being fulfilled

Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing, and delivery based on specific customer quotes, internal policies, budgets and carrier purchases to document tracking information and updates in CW for Sales Orders purchases

Communicate and escalate all backorders and changes to expected deliveries

Track and coordinate all aspects of licensing and carrier renewals

Track all licensing and carrier information for clients and internal (new and renewals) through configurations in Connectwise

On-boarding and off-boarding clients licensing and carriers

Generate quotes, register, and document all aspects of licensing

Work with clients and co-workers to communicate all changes and updates to vendor licensing and carrier processes

Assist sales and other departments on all licensing and carrier-related issues

Assist with Licensing Verifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Job Qualifications: High level of detail, organization, communication, collaboration and customer service skills.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Technology related field preferred, or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

2 years working in a professional office setting

Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of software, licensing experience preferred

Purchasing, accounts payable, and customer service experience preferred

Travel: Minimum travel may be required.
