About this Opportunity:
As a Business Management Associate, you will support the business by managing a wide variety of activities globally by working with key internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organizations efficiency.
Your Other Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews etc.
- Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day to day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses.
- Support key internal governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and ensuring they are resolved by working with cross functional stakeholders.
- Support development and maintenance of process flows globally by involving cross functional stakeholders and building consensus.
- Manage business administrative tasks for Senior Executives as appropriate.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a business/project management role
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
