Description
This position is a Remote position. However, you will be required to attend training in person, on-site for approximately 3 weeks. You will also be required to attend various other meetings in the office as required by the contract. Your daily work will be performed by telework. Please Note: You must be within 90 mile commuting distance of the work site as needed.

LDRM is seeking a Quality Analyst who is responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing product and process performance results to ensure that work completed is consistent and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Requirements. In conjunction with conducting audits, the position is responsible for tracking data, analyzing data and looking for trends to report to unit management. The Quality Analyst will also monitor and recommend improvements to the Quality Management System and assist the Quality Department in maintaining training plans, editing materials as needed, assist with training and set up of training sessions as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Collecting, entering, tracking, trending, analyzing data and preparing and reporting data in meaningful ways.
- Meeting with management to review trends analyzed with corrective action plans to address trend errors in quality and processes.
- Works with the Program Trainers on the need for ad-hoc training using the trend data as a base line for the creation of new refresher / targeted training.
- Conducts ad hoc quality and audit inspections products, services, and processes. Provides assessment / feedback if inspections or procedures are flawed in any manner.
- Monitoring and maintaining the Quality Management Systems; communicating with Operations non-compliances, recommending improvements, preparing, presenting, and communicating reports on organizational performance.
- Administer Defect Disputes; facilitate conflict resolution, execute necessary research.
- Assisting in related Training Program activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Administration, Quality Control, and/or Visa Processing experience (4-6 years preferred)
- Advanced computer skills with working knowledge in Excel
- Detail oriented and high level of attention-to-detail
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong command of the English language both verbally and written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
- Ability to meet COVID vaccination and/or testing requirements as required by customer and/or contract.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation, including credit and criminal checks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).
