Job Posting for Toddler Childcare Teacher at Dual Language Early Learning Center
There are many responsibilities that will came with this position . Serving our toddlers and parents at Dual language (English and Spanish) Center has a job opening for a Toddler Lead Teacher in our 12 / 30-year-old classroom.
The Toddler Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing daily activities and lesson plan for children, meeting all licensing requirements set forth by Washington State Licensing, and Dual Language Early Learning Center.
Lead staff are also responsible for creating and implementing weekly lesson plans that include developmentally appropriate activities in areas such as social/emotional development, math, science, literacy, fine motor, and gross motor and out door activities.
All hires must have a complete all requirements for the state of WA. TB tests, First AID/CPR certification is required hand food
Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in a licensed childcare facility, as well as experience with toddlers and their development. An associate or equivalent in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Hires will be required to take a 30-hour initial STARS training course within the first 3 months of hire and maintain 10 hours of ongoing STARS training each year.
