Academic Guide Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for enhancing undergraduate education at Duke by coordinating innovative programming in the residential quads. In collaboration with the Residence coordinator, student leaders in the Quad Council, and Faculty Fellow, the Academic Guide Program Coordinator coordinates the delivery of enriching services that cultivate academic excellence, stimulate intellectual curiosity, encourage emotional health, and foster life-long learning.

Work Performed:
The Academic Guide Program Coordinator meets individually with students to provide customized support in self-regulation, academic skills, resilience, and personal well-being (30%)

Required Qualifications.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Must maintain a flexible schedule to be accessible to students in the residence halls outside regular business hours.

Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
