Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Technical Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, deployment, and optimization of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that drive business value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business problems, leveraging a variety of AI technologies and frameworks.
2.    Data Preparation: Prepare and preprocess data for machine learning, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
3.    Algorithm Development: Develop and fine-tune machine learning algorithms, models, and neural networks to achieve desired accuracy and performance.
4.    Model Training and Evaluation: Train machine learning models using large datasets, validate their performance, and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize results.
5.    Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-time performance.
6.    Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models, applying updates, and retraining models as needed.
7.    Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to define project requirements, understand business needs, and deliver AI solutions.
8.    Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, experimenting with new techniques and tools to drive innovation.
9.    Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, code, and deployment processes for knowledge sharing and reference.
10.    Security and Compliance: Ensure that AI solutions adhere to data security and privacy regulations, implementing robust security practices.
Qualifications:
1.    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2.    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning development, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.
3.    Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong programming skills in languages like Python or R.
4.    Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data manipulation, data preprocessing, and data visualization techniques.
5.    Model Development: Experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models, including deep learning models.
6.    Deployment Knowledge: Familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud environments or on edge devices.
7.    Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with the capacity to address complex technical challenges.
8.    Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9.    Continuous Learning: A passion for staying updated with AI trends, attending conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications.
10.    Ethical AI: Commitment to ethical AI practices and responsible AI development.
