The Packer position is responsible for packing products for orders and to prepare them for shipping. Follows a process to ensure accuracy and efficiency for order packers.
The Picker position is responsible for picking products for orders. Follows a process to ensure accuracy and efficiency for order packers.

What You’ll Do:
- As a Warehouse Associate, a typical day might include working in one of the following job functions. If this sounds interesting, and you are someone who pokes average in the eye we want to hear from you!
Picker/Packer- Pick orders using an RF device or Tablet with a scanner
- Place order into appropriate tote on cart, making sure barcodes on product are facing up.
- Place completed picks in tote and back on the automated conveyor when completed
- Assign tote to pack table using RF device.
- Pack orders using a tablet or touch screen monitor in order to verify the items match the order, or pack pre-verified carts.
- Place orders in appropriate size bag or box and insert catalog and or inserts.
- Completely tape the top and bottom of box and seal bag.
- Make sure shipping label is on bag or box and send down the line to ship confirm area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
- Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
- Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
- Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
- Moderate warehouse noise level.
- Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
- Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.
- The ability to walk long distances
- The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
- The ability to either stand for long periods of time
- The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
- Adjusting or moving objects over 25 lbs in all directions
