We are seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative for Netability. This role will seek new business opportunities for our Company through cold calling and email activities. You will use your communication skills for outreach, prospecting, qualifying customer leads, and scheduling customers for in-person sales calls for our President and Technology Director.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Serve as a professional representative when dealing with customer communications, via phone, email, etc.
- Possess technical savvy and basic knowledge of Netability products and services to identify customer needs and communicate Netability's offerings.
- Document sales activities in our software program.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, persistence, and professionalism to be able to ask for the next meeting with the President and Technology Director.
- Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers.
- Work both independently and as a part of a team to advance business opportunities for Netability.
