We are seeking a Full Time Evening Janitorial Manager

Salary varies based on experience, with quarterly bonus potential

Shift: Normal start is 4:30 PM Monday to Friday, hours will vary.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

· Ensure client’s facility is cleaned according to client’s specifications, contract terms, and Duncan and Sons’ standards

· Maintain documentation of facility inspections and follow up with the cleaner to coach them on any short-falls and praising the cleaner when the job is done well.

· Assign cleaners to specific chores or areas and then inspect their work to ensure it has been done satisfactorily

· Partner with operations to investigate a customer complaint regarding missed or improperly cleaned areas, and take steps to ensure the problem will not recur

· Manage the workforce, including hiring, training, assisting with new hire paperwork, coaching, performance evaluations, discipline, terminations.

· Inspect cleaning equipment and perform outline maintenance

· Ensure each client/account has an adequate amount of cleaning supplies, conduct inventory and place orders

· Assist cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed within budge when necessary

· Understand the most efficient ways to clean each client/ account

· Fill in for cleaning of accounts as necessary

· Create work schedules for employees

· Regular and consistent attendance

· Supervision of 10-40 employees

· Responsible for both employee and customer satisfaction

· Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen required in accordance with local laws and regulations.

· Must be at least 18 years of age

Job site you will oversee are in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Travel to multiple job site is required. reimbursement for gas or a company vehicle will be provided.
