Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Machine Operation:
- Operate Laser Cutting CNC machine, automated brake press, and automated welding machine.
- Set up and calibrate machines for specific fabrication tasks.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintenance and Inspection:
- Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Inspect machines for signs of wear or malfunction and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working condition and perform regular cleaning.
- Fabrication and Quality Control:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the correct fabrication processes.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipping or further processing, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and secured.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- General Duties:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in metal fabrication, preferably with CNC machines, brake presses, and automated welding machines.
- Familiarity with laser cutting technology and automated fabrication processes is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical skills or experience operating machinery is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in an industrial setting is a plus.

- Other Requirements:
