WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for all aspects of cash management. This includes maintaining daily bank balances at optimal levels for all accounts by transferring funds to and from other bank accounts and credit lines and to assure that all accounting for cash and credit transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Process, transmit and maintain documentation on electronic payments daily
- Reconcile bank accounts for all assigned companies, drawing attention to any issues or problems with accounting for cash
- To assist the controller with the monthly close process, including intercompany invoicing, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with interim and year-end audits.
MUST HAVE:
- Have a two-year degree in accounting, finance or related field coupled with 4years accounting experience
- Intermediate to Advance MS Excel skills including Vlookups, Sumif functions and pivot tables.
- Strong 10-Key skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Have either a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Microsoft Dynamics GP, Peachtree/Sage, Solomon and Management Reporter and Host Analytics

- Ability to work independently, as well as a team member; you should be able toable to thrive in a changing and/or fast paced environment.
- Be an organized, self-motivated and driven employee, comfortable with communicating problems or concerns.
- Possess the ability to be consistent, accurate and timely.
- Have an aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills partnered with a passion for accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
