TITLE: Sanitation Worker

STATUS: Hourly, Non - Exempt

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

Primary Purpose: Responsible for performing all job duties related to cleaning and maintaining the appearance of our Production facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Production with maintaining the cleanliness of the physical plant and equipment.Ayudar a la producion a mantener la limpieza fisica de la planta y del equipo.
• Monitor work activity in all production areas to address sanitation problems; ensure sanitation standards are followed. Monitorear la actividad laboral en todas las areas de produccion, para abordar los problemas de saneamiento; Asegurarse que sigan los estandares de saneamiento.
• Clean, sanitize, and take apart/assemble equipment according to company procedures.Limpie, desinfecte y desarme/ arme el equipo de acuerdo con losprocedimientos de la compañía.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.Siga todos los procedimientos de seguridad y participe en el entrenamiento de seguridad. Mantenga un uso seguro y eficiente del equipo, las herramientas y la persona. Informe cualquier lesion o accidente inmediatamente a la supervision y/o cualquier condicion insegura.
• Ensure fast reaction & responses to sanitation calls, contamination, or other issues to minimize downtime.Asegure reacciones rapidas y respuestas a llamadas de saneamiento, contaminacion u otros problemas para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.
• Promote safety and housekeeping initiatives with sanitation staff. Work in a safe manner and recognize and help correct unsafe conditions.Promover iniciativas de seguridad y limpieza con el personal de saneamiento. Trabajo de manera segura y reconocer y ayudar a corregir condiciones inseguras.
• Implement and monitor overall sanitation and ensure objectives are established, documented, monitored, and reviewed. Ensure non-conformities identified in quality programs are addressed and corrected.Implementar y monitorear el saneamiento general y asegurar que los objetivos sean establecidos. Job Qualifications:

• 18 years old or older
• Ability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift work schedule
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must understand and speak English
• Ability to work in a diverse setting while unsupervised
