Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team. Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting management in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, engaging with guests and employees, assuming responsibility for the restaurant as required to provide managerial coverage.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in daily operations, striving towards excellence
- Maintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to franchise and brand standards, including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, and cash handling
- Coach and train a dedicated team as directed by management; provide feedback to management and crew
- Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities
- Perform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, store cleanliness and organization
- Assume assigned management duties as required

Requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations
- Lifting objects including boxes, baskets and pans up to 50 lbs (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
