Overview:

Love coffee? Love Donuts? Love meeting new people everyday? We are looking for energetic people to join our growing team! As a shift/assistant you will be taking orders, doing transactions, making drinks, assisting the store manager, making sure food safety is at its best and be a leader in customer service. Rise through the ranks to become a general manager and more! Previous customer service is preferred, but not required. As a shift/assistant manager you will be developed to help the Restaurant Manager in all areas of operations, this may include:

• 
  Hiring/Training new crew

• 
  Helping with certain reports

• 
  Helping with some documentation

• 
  Ensuring world-class restaurant operations opposite of the restaurant manager

We are a FUN, fast paced store looking to add to our growing team. We are a great company to work for with many opportunities. Must be good with people, be on time, have reliable transportation, be able to multi task, have a sense of urgency to get guest taken care of in a timely manner.

Holidays and weekends may be required. Managers are paid $11-$13/hr. We offer:

Qualifications::

• High School diploma or GED (some college a plus)
• Two or more years shift management experience
• Open/ flexible work availability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own shift in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities Include::

• Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures.
• Achieve results by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service satisfaction; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change; minimizing waste.
• Delight our guests by exceeding their expectations and providing a 5 Star Guest experience.
