REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
- Must have worked as a GM for other QSR (AM business experience strongly preferred)
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company’s and Brand’s operational standards are met
- Excellent leadership skills
- Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
- Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
- Fluent in English
