Overview

A CML Cake Line Operator is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

The Cake Line Operator must adhere to cake mixing and processing procedures, including bowl time, processing time, fry time and temperature, and portion control.

Requirements

Provide excellent product satisfaction, service speed, and product quality* Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments* Meet safety and sanitation standards* Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time* Works well in a team environment* Paperwork filled out for batches and any counts for product* Continuously lift 50lb bags for more than 5 hours a day
