What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Dunkin?
Candidate must be able to complete light electrical wiring, light plumbing and have basic knowledge of facility repairs. Must be willing to travel to several locations in the areas of Manchester, North Windham, Storrs and Vernon.
This position will require your responds to any calls for service to include emergency and nonemergency repairs. These repairs can consist of replacing tiles, unclogging sinks, drains and toilets; replace light shields along with ballasts for our lights etc. Candidates are also required to be conversant with all safety standards and procedures of working.
Skills and Specifications
Must be able to use a variety of hand tools
Should have good written as well as verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time and meet any and all specified deadlines
Needs to be a good team worker and able to coordinate work with store managers
Education and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Some knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing
