• Collaborate with franchise owners to establish sales and service goals
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety regulations

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability growth
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
