Lodi CML Sanitation team is responsible for cleaning and maintaining every day hygiene of the whole facility of the company & its equipment. As a part of our sanitation team, you will be assigned to a specific job.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning out & removal of garbage throughout the whole facility – Production floor, loading docks, offices, cafeteria, bathrooms, supply rooms including emptying out garbage cans and putting new bags in the cans
- Appling water, soap and/or bleach to all floor for washing & dry them with mop
- Cleaning tables, chairs & counter top in the cafeteria
- Washing and drying racks, baking trays, screens, baskets, working tables, cleaning ovens & other small equipment in production floor
- Washing 5 conveyor belts, frosting line daily as well as coffee roll
- Cleaning fryers including removal of shortening in fryers
- Cleaning boil out machine every 3-4 months
- Cleaning production freezer & refrigerator every 2 months
- Cleaning dough mixer & shortening filter daily
- Keeping inventory of raw products & receiving raw products when delivery comes
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualification
These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.
- Proven work experience as a Sanitation worker or similar role
- Excellent physical strength
- Strong work-ethics
- Able to work weekends and holidays are mandatory
- Ability to push about 10-25lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be a team player & self-motivated
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
We are Central Manufacturer Location of Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Lodi NJ.
We supply donuts and baked goods to about 400 Dunkin' retail stores currently
Pay: Starting at $15.13 / hour
