Origination Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

The position is dedicated to being operationally effective in maintaining the integrity of DCCU product applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: collaborate with vendors and departments to determine required updates and future needs as well as taking initiative to learn new software capabilities, prospective improvements, and add-on features. This position will serve as a resource to staff by continually looking for efficiencies for a better member experience. They will partner with department leaders and stakeholders on projects and identifying products to improve the financial health of the community while ensuring the integrity of DCCU origination in an effort to provide seamless experiences for members.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience related to software support. The desired candidate will have the ability to analyze processes and provide recommendations/solutions as well as demonstrated effective communication skills. They will also have a high regard for service, collaboration and partnership.
