The successful Danisco, USA Inc. business is seeking a candidate that will deliver supply chain related projects from the Nutrition and Biosciences Integrated Operations agenda, promoting the Continuous Improvement culture and building capability across all region and functions.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to assume responsibilities for leading improvement programs or initiatives which are part of the Nutrition and Bioscience Integrated Operations agenda defined in agreement with Leadership, including:
Portfolio management process harmonization across the N&B units for all region creating synergies and removing inefficiencies.
Creation and application of solutions with focus on increasing cost efficiency and providing tailored solutions for specific groups.
Carry out studies and analysis to identify significant performance improvement opportunities
Identify nonvalue adding activities and challenge the current processes, structures and setups.
Actively contributes to and support the implementation of changes in processes and innovative ways of working to achieve performance improvement goals
Apply diagnostics & analytics models to projects and initiatives across Integrated SC Planning, Manufacturing and Order Fulfillment
Identify best practices within the company and effectively leverage.
Communicate changes and benefits to stakeholders to build understanding and acceptance for improvements, train individual groups in innovative ways of working.
Qualifications:
Below is a listing of prior years of relevant experience, knowledge and skills required for this job:
Bachelor's (no particular field) degree required
Ideally, over 10 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing and/or project management experience
Ability to lead and/or support project implementation with hands-on experience.
Lean Management tools and methods, including but not limited to Value Stream mapping and Kaizens
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex global improvement scenarios
Advanced Excel and or/Tableau or/Power BI
Good understanding of change management in a multi-cultural environment.
Facilitate effective cross cultural business interactions and a team player.
Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time in North America, Europe, Asia depending on the project.
