PAY: This position pays $20.76/hr (includes $1 Shift Differential)

Schedule:

• NIGHT SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE- 7pm-7am ($20.76)
• WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN
• OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, Then REPEAT.

• Only Work 15 days a month!!!!
• Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!!!
• One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
• Total of 84 hours for a pay period and over 40 hrs is Overtime, Paid Bi-Weekly

Our Line Operators are essential to our success. You will operate equipment and prepare items for distribution. You will work alongside a team of production workers to ensure our products are produced at the optimal level. Come join our winning team TODAY!!!!!

This is what you’ll do:

• Properly monitors extrusion production including produced product, equipment, performs quality checks on product and maintains the coiling area
• Assist to start reels, set up and monitors product for quality and conformity
• Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met
• Maintains accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately tracks “Lost Production Hours” including the reasons for lost time
• Ensures pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual
• Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment
• Follows and complies with all company policies and safety procedures
• Additional duties as required

• 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus!

• Ability to perform simple math and taking measurements Required

• Must be able to recognize colors

• Forklift experience is a plus

**Nice to have: Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications
