Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, high energy and motivated HIIT/Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. Instructors play a crucial role in facilitating our high energy, effective group workouts, and ensuring a positive member experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a solid understanding of functional training, and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:
- Ability to create, lead and execute high energy, full body workouts that are challenging and fun
- Set up necessary equipment and maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness objectives
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Experience
- In group class training
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Proficiency in HIIT and program design
- Familiarity with body mechanics and fitness sales

Requirements:
- Certification in fitness instruction or related field
- Previous experience with Health and Fitness Industry
- At least 1-2 yrs of experience as an Instructor or in a similar fitness-related role
- A group fitness instructor who has an outgoing and positive personality ready to motivate and inspire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
