What you can expect to do
- Answer phones
- Quote and create service call entry
- Schedule and dispatch calls
- Order parts, as needed, for service work
- Manage leads
- Invoice service work and quoted service work
- Process customer credit card payments
- Post vendor invoices for accounts payable
Skills we are seeking
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customer
- Ability to identify additional tasks to be completed and willing to assist other
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization
