We have been manufacturing labels, overlays and metal nameplates for a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive, computer, electronics, industrial and medical markets for the past 45 years. We are seeking a Printed Electronics Assembler to join our team!
The Printed Electronics Assembler is involved in all aspects of membrane switch assembly and test production.
- Sets-up and operates Flex Laminator.
- Applies encapsulant over SMD components
- Hand applies individual switch layers, insulating tape, overlays to circuit pack layer and membrane switch to subpanel when required.
- Crimps and applies housings of terminal pins using Manual, Auto or Berg Crimper when needed.
- Follows industry standard ESD protocol
- Tests circuit electrical function using a Mistral Keypad Tester
- Packages finished product in a manner to prevent damage in shipping
- Verifies product conformance to customer specification
