Description

We are looking for a Cell Fabricator/Welder.  This position will work in multiple fabrication cells. 


The responsibilities for this position include:

• Operating mechanical power or brake press and/or air or foot activated spot welding machine or other equipment to produce and assemble metal products according to work instructions and production standards. 

• Ability to read or learn to read  blueprints and measure length and thickness with calibrated measuring devices

• Ensure cell production standards are met

• Maintain accurate production counts

• Store WIP in proper location

• Inspect all parts and final assemblies.

• Perform routine equipment checks as required

• Operates  required Powered equipment



Requirements

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  Ability to use a calculator
  • Possesses, or is able to obtain, equipment certification
  • Possess manual dexterity for producing parts or products to production standards.
  • Ability  to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team environment comprised of people with diverse abilities and backgrounds 
  • Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime
