· Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
· Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
· Stay up-to-date on current market trends
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
· Own responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
· Taking a significant role in the identification and development of new products & assessment of current range performance.
· Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
· Monitor overall performance for ecommerce platforms and WD accounts. (ad campaigns, sell through rate and identify areas of improvement to recommend the sales team)
· Organize and gather all forecasting data from sales department to report to CEO
· Coordination of all marketing materials and brand marketing plans.
· Social media strategy and implementation.
· Developing internal and external marketing materials and initiatives.
· Implementing strategies and opportunities across your organization to promote growth and boost revenue
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
