Durrett Poolscapes is looking for a reliable Pool Technician to join our team. In this role, you will clean debris from swimming pools, balance water chemistry, and troubleshoot equipment. Reliable transportation to and from Manvel is a must. Our ideal candidate is someone with prior pool management or maintenance experience, but we are willing to provide training if you are a good fit for the job. We expect all of our employees to have a clean and professional demeanor.
Pool Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Use vacuum and net equipment to clean debris
- Empty or change pool filters and skimmers
- Check water for chemical levels
- Perform other preventative maintenance
Pool Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pool management or maintenance experience not required
- Experience repairing pumps, filters, and heaters a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
