Job Posting for Evening Produce Clerk at Dutch-Way Farm Market Inc.

1. Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers.

2. Assist in unloading of merchandise.

3. Check products for quality, count and freshness.

4. Take stock to coolers and storage areas.

5. Prepare merchandise for sales area. (Trimming, packaging, weighing, and pricing).

6. Fill and display merchandise in a neat and colorful manner.

7. Maintain freshness standards on counters.

8. Conduct competitive price checks, as directed by the Produce Manager.

9. Follow sanitation program guidelines for proper maintenance of equipment and housekeeping of back room and sales area.

10. Communicate temperature failure of cases and storage cooler to manager in charge.

11. Maintain good customer relations with prompt and courteous service.

12. Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

13. Observe policies and procedures established for the department.

Job Type: Part-time

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
