As a Product Manager, you will be leading a team of full-stack developers. You will be responsible for supporting both ongoing operations and future innovative projects. Information technology is prioritized, allowing us to partner with colleagues to securely enable and support new capabilities every day. As a Product Manager, you will lead and serve as a mentor for others within development. Our department consists of agile teams where individual contributions are recognized, and career advancement is nurtured. Agile and/or Scrum Master certification(s) highly preferred.
Day-to-day responsibilities as a Product Manager:
- Oversees the planning and implementation of a particular area of focus, following strict guidelines and SDLC processes and addresses impediments to daily work accordingly. This includes monitoring progress of the sprint, facilitating planning, and demonstration meetings, coaching the team to ensure that the team delivers quality deliverables that achieve high business value
- Effectively manage one or more teams of onsite and remote Developers. Manage developer assignments and estimates, code reviews and merges, communication plans and release builds
- Work with users to determine specific software application and data requirements
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and applications throughout Information Systems. Lead effort to implement the framework and ensure successful on time and on-budget implementation for all relevant applications using this framework. Also, ensure satisfaction with business users
- Effectively communicates status of projects through all phases of work within the particular area of focus

Education & Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience in I.S.
- Possess five or more approved certifications within job area
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading, supervising, and directing teams
- Agile or Scrum master certification preferred
