Loop is DVx’s second startup and we are well on the way to transforming the $20B global
durable baby goods market. We launched Loop in mid-February 2021 and began with a
concierge MVP test to find and learn from our first customers. We then rapidly moved to build a
self-service checkout experience. We are getting clear signs from the market that Loop is
providing a valuable service, with significant word-of-mouth growth, and are now investing to
build out the Loop team, product and company.

The Role
We’re looking for a Member Experience Manager to bring the joy of Loop to our members as we launch into the NYC market. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled member experience to all existing and potential Loop members. This role will have the opportunity to be involved in all facets of the business including account management, product procurement, logistics and customer service. As a part of the team launching Loop into the NYC market, you will be empowered to go above and beyond to delight our customers and challenged to raise the bar on our standards and processes.
This role will report to the General Manager of NYC. This role is required to be in the NYC area and will be a hands-on, in person role during the launch period.
