Required Skills:

• Operate Sit Down and Stand Up Forklift

• Ability to Create and Edit Documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Moderate Computer and Typing Skills

• Basic Power Tool Knowledge: Drills, Skill Saws, Miter Saw
• Power Tools Supplied
• Candidates with Shipping/Receiving Experience will be strongly considered.

Role Responsibilities:

• Check in Orders Arriving while Identifying and Referencing Vendor Supplied Packing Slips
• Scan and E-mail Documents Pertaining to Inbound and Outbound Shipments
• Communicate with Management Discrepancies found during Check-In Process
• Execute Put-Away Process after Checking In Stock Orders
• Perform Quarterly Inventory Cycle Counts with Provided Documentation
• Schedule LTL and Small Package Shipments- Referencing Appropriate Documentation
• Pick and Pack Customer Orders Efficiently using Proper Supplied Packing Materials
• Perform Basic Power Tool Tasks to Create Custom Crates and Pallets for LTL Shipments
• Showcase an Attention to Detail- Limit Clerical Errors
• Perform General Cleaning Duties in the Warehouse
• Call Customers when Required to Confirm Proper Ship To Information
• Gather Weights and Dimensions for All Outbound Shipments
• Notify Parts Staff of Low Inventory or Out of Stock Items when Noticed
• Ability to Prioritize and Determine Which Tasks are Time Sensitive
• Operate Lifting Equipment and Power Tools with Safety in Mind
• Organize Shipping/Receiving Area and Order Supplies as Needed with Management Approval
• Heavy lifting will be required often, and Appropriate PPE Must be worn
• Respond to E-mails in a timely manner and ensure you provide sufficient communication
• Showcase a Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn

Starting Wage:

$19-$21 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
