What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreclosure Analyst position at Dyck-O'Neal, Inc.?
General Purpose of Job: To support the Foreclosure department in carrying out the responsibilities of the organization. This position is responsible for minimizing risk exposure by working in partnership with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and REO vendors, in addition to Title Resolution and Closing Attorney resources to administer foreclosure cases requiring higher levels of proficiency due to complexity (analytical, technical, and business knowledge components).
Essential Functions
- Process cases accurately and manage files in accordance with timeline requirements.
- Monitor technology platforms for referrals and case status requests.
- Ensure file data is accurately entered into firm and client systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisory staff to ensure cases are worked in accordance with department, firm, court, and client requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Respond to attorney requests for payoff/reinstatement figures
- Process State specific foreclosure forms
- Order or create missing documents needed for foreclosure
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy is a must.
- Previous bankruptcy, foreclosure mortgage servicing, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus.
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Recent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply!
· Notary is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
