Dykema, a leading national law firm, seeks a Government Policy Advisor (lobbyist position) for its Lansing Office with at least three years of direct government affairs (lobbying) experience. Candidates with commensurate experience in the Legislative, Administration or State Department/Agency fields are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communications skills, organizational skills and an appreciation of the importance of client advocacy are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has experience working both independently and as part of a team and is comfortable in a multi-client practice.
