What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Scheduler position at DynaFire?
The employee will be responsible for assisting in the overall Customer Satisfaction of the existing DynaFire client base. The services that you will be responsible for on behalf of DynaFire are all or some of the following. The job will require using a DynaFire-provided cell phone and computer. The position is a minimum of 40 hours/week with paid holidays and other benefits. Your objective is to support all aspects of the Service Department to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa Area, FL
Tasks:
- Establish long-term relationships with the existing DynaFire Service client base by working primarily with Service Technicians/ Service Operations staff in assuring customer satisfaction.
- Answering inbound calls in accordance with DynaFire's philosophy and Core Values.
- Assist with proposals for service calls and test & inspections using DynaFire proposal templates.
- Be Available and responsive to all internal requests for information to and from DynaFire Service employees and management as needed.
- Stage and prepare jobs for technicians (pick up and gather all parts) and dispatch technicians as new calls come in.
- Assist with scanning/ filing of service file documentation as needed. Securing and utilizing all DynaFire company materials such as computers, cell phones, marketing materials, and any other DynaFire property.
- Continually train to develop technical and customer service skills.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Perform and assist with Service Alarm monitoring reports and create service work as necessary through review of monitoring history/ accounting software functions.
- Scheduler is responsible for processing payroll using Time Summit.
- Schedule all DynaNet radio installs and keep up with each branch to ensure that deadlines are being kept.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of installation and/or experience in the fire alarm industry.
- Be NICET Level I certified and maintain certification. Attain NICET Level II within 12 months.
- Participate in required DynaFire-sponsored training.
- May be requested to share in serving as a trainer in the DynaFire sponsored training.
- Consider going to manufacturing training to become certified in a DynaFire low voltage system.
