Position Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Order Processor will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling and stacking orders they are assigned to in an efficient and effective manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily (other duties may be assigned). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Accurately pack, label, stack, and place selected product on pallets safely and efficiently and in a manner that eliminates product damage during transportation.
- Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; this may include a forklift, electric pallet jack and hand pallet jack.
- Follow picking sheets to prepare correct part numbers and quantity of product to fulfill orders with complete accuracy.
- Inform Operations Management of daily output and any issues that are present.
- Be accountable for meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety work standards.
- Maintain neat, accurate and detailed documentation.
- Perform regular warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist other departments as needed.

Education/Training and/or Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one – on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Computer skills for making labels (occasional)
- Office machine skills (copy machine, fax machine, telephone, calculator)
- Basic understanding of communication skills in order to communicate with hearing impaired and Spanish speaking co-workers.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current driver’s license.
