Job Posting for Janitorial Worker at Dynamic commercial cleaning
- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners, as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all duties are completed within designated timeframes.
