Our Team is looking for a well-organized Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records. Previous experience with Gaming or Tribal entities is a plus.
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform various daily accounting task that the overall operations and account department. Responsibilities will include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into Quick Books Online, reconciling invoices, credit card statements, and processing check request as well as other duties.
· Credit Card Reconciliation.
· Expense Report (AMX) Reconciliation and Recording in Quick Books, Prepare monthly reconciliation.
· Expense Reports.
· Accounts Payable, including matching, coding, input, filing up to check preparation.
· Expenses, prepare timely check payments based on upcoming due dates.
· Document Scanning and Retention.
· Petty Cash.
· Mail – open incoming mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
· Filing and Organizing Historical Documents.
· Data Entry.
· Special Projects.
· Trips to Bank and Post Office when / if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
