Dynamic Home Therapy & NeuroFit is a niche private practice providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services both in the homes of our clients and in our Berwyn clinic under their outpatient benefits. We also run community exercise classes for those with disabilities out of our clinic. This position is hybrid between our Berwyn clinic and also remote from home starting at 24 hours a week with the opportunity to increase hours as the position grows. Your direct supervisor would be our office coordinator. We have a great team and as were voted as best physical therapy practice of Chester county in 2022.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Clinic duties include, but are not limited to checking in patients and group members for community classes, running reports through our Mind Body system, handling client memberships and billing
- Responsible to check and reply as needed for office emails and faxes throughout the day
- Communication with team/staff members requiring day to day operations that arise including, but not limited to scheduling, customer service, authorizations, billing, client information
- Responsible for sharing role in telephone communications for home based and community sessions
- Responsible to verify all patients for their therapy encounter (can include insurance verifications, demographics, prescriptions) and ensure are updated in EMR system
- Assisting billing specialist as needed
- Assisting with insurance credentialing of staff through on line PECOS systems for Medicare
- Assisting with weekly reports from EMR system and communicating information to shared drive with office/clinical leads
- Assists with daily business functions that may include, but not limited to monthly vendor billing, website and marketing inquiries
- Experience with PROMPT EMR is a bonus

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Highly organized individual required with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Previous healthcare office experience including scheduling, billing and registration is a plus
- Proficient computer skills (we use Google products)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team oriented individual with solution based approach
Salary : $24,700 - $31,300
