*Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
Role and Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts to different addresses and through different routes.
- Follow route and time schedule.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
- Complete delivery paperwork count and sign-off shipment paperwork.
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in shipping/receiving department during delivery downtime.
- Ability to operate box truck and forklift in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Attend Department and Company Meetings.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Highschool diploma / GED.
- 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
- Driver’s license, required.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
- Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.
Work Conditions
- Hand/finger dexterity.

- Ability to lift and carry materials.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Well-lit, temperature-controlled, clean environment.

**Eligible for overtime pay after 40 worked hours.
