What You'll Do:
- Receive and greet visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
- Organize and track tasks including equipment use, events, maintenance, and documents
- Serve as a point of contact for building-related matters such as maintenance and service requests
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
- Assist in maintaining the office appearance
- Support meetings and events, including setup and cleanup
- Handle product and supply orders and liaise with vendors/service providers
- Maintain and enter data into various databases, spreadsheets, and systems
- Process, reconcile, and enter expense reports and time entry sheets into the billing system
- Organize schedules and make travel arrangements for team members
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong work ethic and a helpful nature
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Previous administrative experience in a professional environment
