Rigger/ Operator

Dynamic is looking for entry-level and experienced riggers to join our growing team. Projects typically consist throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

We invite eager and ready to learn entry-level and experienced riggers as well as millwrights to join the team transporting, setting, and installing various heavy project cargo including generators, transformers, pressure vessels, and more. Each team member at Dynamic is skilled in specialized freight movement and installation of various sized project cargo, offering specialized solutions to our customers unique needs. If you do not have experience, we will provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

· Safely and efficiently load, offload, and secure oversize and overweight project cargo

· Operate a variety of all-terrain forklifts

· Assemble and operate hydraulic jack and slide systems

· Select appropriate rigging equipment according to project specific requirements

· Provide signaling of machinery movement

· Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.

· Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

· Critical thinking problem solving skills

· Ability to work independently and apart of the team

· Willingness to learn, take instructions, and be challenged

Required Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license

· Clean and safe MVR

· Pre-Employment qualifications and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

· OSHA 10 or 30 certification

· Assemble and operate hydraulic gantries

· Operate aerial work platforms/ manlifts

· Working knowledge of industry practices and regulations

· Reading and interpreting blueprints

· Valid Class A CDL

· Experience with modular, hydraulic, multi-axle, and RGN trailers

· Experience with pilot cars

· Mechanical maintenance and repair of class 8 tractors and trailers

· Welding and torch service work
